Toruń – Scenes from the life of General Elżbieta Zawacka

132 Gagarina Street > On the side wall of the skyscraper opposite the Rector's Office of the Nicolaus Copernicus University, there is a mural dedicated to the Honorary Citizen of Toruń, General Elżbieta Zawacka. The famous member of the Special Operations Executive lived in the building from 1975 to 2009, which has been decorated with this painting since 2015. Its authors are Andrzej Poprostu and Damian Jędrzejewski.
