Music District

The Music District is one of the most charming areas of Bydgoszcz. Its central point is Jan Kochanowski Park, home to an outdoor sculpture gallery depicting eminent composers. Amidst the splendid Art Nouveau architecture of villas and tenements, you can hear soothing music emanating from the Pomeranian Philharmonic and the Music Academy buildings. This district also houses the Polish Theatre, where you can see the famous "Łuczniczka" (Archer) sculpture, a symbol of Bydgoszcz. On summer evenings, the multimedia fountain creates a magical atmosphere.
