The artistic, original character of the unusual sweets created in the very centre of Toruń is given by Iga Sarzyńska-Komorowska, regarded as one of the most outstanding Polish confectioners of the young generation and a master of decoration. Industry personality of Sweet Expo 2017, author of the book "My Four Seasons" about artistic decoration of cookies, cakes, cupcakes and, of course, gingerbread. - We love gingerbread not only because of its unique taste and wonderful aroma.
