We make traditional products, mainly fruit preserves based on fruit from our orchards and elsewhere, as well as (fruit) syrups on honey: pickled cucumbers; we make leavening from beetroots and 11 other ingredients in it; I bake spelt-rye bread on leaving from beetroots, and we bake about 11 types of traditional cakes

DESCRIPTION:
In the Nadwiślańska Chata in Luszkowo, dating from 1801, Mennonite culture can be experienced with all the senses. We can touch the antique everyday objects collected here, listen to the host's stories, and taste traditional cuisine. Famous are the fudges made here from real cream in various flavours, medicinal syrups, jams, bread, gingerbread, meringues and other baked goods.
