DESCRIPTION:
Fjut ( cyrop ) - which is a traditional syrup pressed from sugar beets and boiled until thickened. It has a dark brown colour and a caramel aftertaste. It contains a wealth of vitamins and mineral salts. It has a strengthening and detoxifying effect on the whole body and has a whole range of vitamins.
It is especially recommended for consumption in spring during pre-harvest scarcity of food period for people suffering from anaemia, who are overtired, pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is used to sweeten tea, milk, homemade baked goods, as well as to spread on bread, pancakes and waffles.
